Course Description

Fall Only. Introduction to research, processes and collaborative practices in designing for social change. Creative placemaking projects and design case studies in social impact from ideation, facilitation to implementation on challenges of climate change, human rights, health and healthcare, public policy, and social enterprise will be explored. Credit cannot be received for both ARTD 4015 and DSGN 5015. Prerequisite: GSW 1120.
