Details
The details of the world often go unnoticed because of how chaotic lives become. However, if we take the time to slow down and take a second glance, we can discover something magical. Not until we take a closer look can we find unique forms in the things we see everyday. The best way for me to capture these magical details is through photography, which in turn allows me to include my internal dialog about the experience. This collection of 144 images references the golden ratio that combines art with mathematics. Each image embodies the structure and chaos that makes up my life. I am constantly noticing textures, patterns, and little details of everyday life. Allowing me to appreciate the extraordinary. This process has helped me see the world and its details in a new way. Beautiful things are everywhere and naturally occurring, if only one chooses to look for them. “In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order.” Carl Jung
